A 3-Course Meal with Fangboner Farms: Holiday Edition

Trying to get away from the same tired menu year-after-year at Christmas dinner? It can be easy to get into a culinary rut. We put together an easy three-course meal that will jazz up any holiday gathering.

Starter

15-Minute Smoked Ham & Farmer's Cheese Pinwheels
Melted cheese and smoked ham wrapped up in a flaky croissant? Yes please!

Main Course

Chicken in a Fangboner Sherry Vegetable Sauce with Garlic Classic Spice Potatoes

With only 20 minutes of preparation time, this main course will fool your guests into thinking you've been in the kitchen all day - it's that delicious!

Dessert

Lemon Balm Shortbread Christmas Cookies

Our take on Christmas shortbread utilizes our own lemon balm (with amazing results)! Plus, these are always so fun to bake with Bella.

Fried Shrimp and Broccoli

Fried Shrimp and Broccoli

We've been enjoying meals at home more often than ever before and within that joy of family time its been home cooking to fulfill our souls. Fried shrimp is an affordable way to make a meal feel gourmet without doing much. This one is double the protein because as an alternative I have coated the shrimp with Devotion Nutrition Buttery Blend and our Limited edition Yum Spice (still in limited stock and once it's gone it'll never return, seriously. 😳).

Moreover a meal for me isn't complete with a vegetable and broccoli with sautéed onions just makes me happy as it turns the perfect color of green when cooked just right. Admittedly, the recipe for this spice rice is alone is trying to steal the show from the shrimp. Yes, the flavors and taste is that delicious. Leave a comment if you try it.
